No they dont itch and arent present any where else on my body

Hello,

The boils or vesicles don't appear to be pustular. If I were your treating physician , I would have advised you to observe them for a few days especially if they were asymptomatic for spontaneous resolution. If upon physical examination there was marked lymph node enlargement then a biopsy could also be an option to determine the true nature of the vesicles. If the lesions become pustular in a day or two then a course of augmentin or ampicillin plus cloxacillin can be started empirically for treatment of any staph infection in consultation with your doctor. Try not scratch the boils.
