Brief Answer:
Sounds like vestibular problem
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting your query.
From your description, I suspect a vestibular disturbance, that is, a problem with the inner ear that is concerned with maintaining balance and posture.
I would advise you to consult an ENT surgeon and get yourself examined clinically, a clinical exam would in most cases suffice to make a diagnosis.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, a course of vestibular sedatives along with other specific measures based on the exact nature of the problem can be advised to you.
Hope this information will be of help to you, kindly revert to me if you need further clarifications.
Wishing you good health.
Best regards
