Brief Answer:
Neurological and psychological evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Two are most probable conditions that may cause your sister's episodes of anger and rage:

1- a brain lesion located at frontal lobe

2- a psychological condition known as intermittent explosive disorder.

The second condition is more typical in younger people and is mainly related to changes in serotonin levels in brain.

It is necessary for your sister to get evaluated by a Neurologist about any associated neurological signs.

If the neurological evaluation results without problems, Psychologist evaluation and psychotherapy with use of drugs such selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may be necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
