Question: MY DAUGHTER TEN YEARS OLD HAVING VIRAL HEPATITIS A HER BILIRUBIN LEVEL IS 7.8 AND SGOT 739 SGPT 1348.Please HELP ME HOW MUCH TIME TO TAKE CURE AND DISAPPEARED OF YELLOW COLOR OF EYES

1. Daily oatmeal-Twice.
2. Fruits like Apple Or Pomegranate.
3. Avoid fried and fatty foodstuff.
4. Intake of an adequate amount of water.
5. Buttermilk and Coconut water every 2 -3 days.
6. Vegetables like Bottlegourd and Ridge Gourd.
7. Plenty of the green leafy vegetables.
I generally recommend oral tablets of hepamerz for a quick recovery and lowering of serum bilirubin levels.Please check with your physician if he can prescribe the same to your child.
