Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back
I am sorry for the short delay in my reply
From the history you have given it looks like you have an upper respiratory tract infection. Here are my suggestions to you
1. Most of the upper respiratory tract infections are viral and it takes about 4 to 7 days to resolve. Cough will take a little longer to completely resolve
2. Continue taking the prescribed antibiotics
3. Continue taking dolo/ imol. The sweating you have is the side effect of these two drugs
4. If you continue to have fever even after full course of antibiotics then please re visit your doctor for blood tests and chest x ray
5. Drink plenty of fluids in the form of warm beverages and water. Avoid oily food, milk and milk products
6. Keep yourself warm
7. Gargle with warm salt water 3 to 4 times a day
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
I wish you a speedy recovery
regards
