Brief Answer:
Seems to be motion sickness

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having visual vertigo.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be motion sickness.

Motion sickness is a common medical problem associated with travel. Some people experience nausea and even vomiting when riding in an airplane, automobile, boat, or amusement park ride.

As such viagra can cause eye side effects (blurring) but directly, it will not induce any dizziness.

I suggest you to consult an Ent surgeon to differentiate from other causes of dizziness ( inner ear related) before staring any medications.

In the mean time, stop riding, stop forceful neck movements and stop reading in moving vehicle.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please
do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
