Brief Answer:
Severe deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Now I can see your reports and have gone through your reports.
I noticed that you have severe deficiency of vitamin D.
I would suggest you visit an Internal medicine specialist doctor as soon as possible.
Again you need to take vitamin D injections monthly once or vitamin D sachets weekly once for 12 weeks and daily oral medications. You have to continue medication for 3 months.
I also suggest you get vitamin B 12 tests done.
Along with you have to eat healthy diet like fruits, poultry food.
You mentioned that you gets headache when you expose to sun, I would suggest you better get exposure to sun in morning time for 20 minutes which is important for you.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
