I am 21 years old girl. I read XXXX book and and following her exactly she advises to take calcium citrate tablet so it fine for me and can u tell me name of calcium citrate tablet that i shall find in pharmacy??

Sir when i had checked my vitamin D level it was 20 considered as insufficient in reports besides that I do a lot of physical activity like daily running and skipping and yoga for health and fitness purpose so I wanted to know if could take those tablets..??

See, if your Vitamin D level is less, then only Vitamin D supplementation is enough . Why do you need to take Calcium tablets?
Also if you are eating well, then that much is enough to supplement calcium for your physical activities.
My advise to you is to take Vitamin D tablets ( for example D rise ) weekly once for 2 months . You need to get a prescription for this from your doctor .
But if you still want a Calcium supplement I would advise you to go for a Calcium + Vitamin D combination tablets like ShelCal .
