Suggest Treatment For Vitamin D Deficiency

Question: Hi, I have height of around 5'11" and weight 62. Recently I had some blood tests done and I found Vitamin D extremely low in the report. Please suggest how to cover the deficiency and what to keep in mind.

Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Vitamin D deficiency can be corrected by two modes of treatment.
First one is by natural method. i.e you should ideally expose your skin to mild sunlight for atleast an hour to 2 hrs, so that skin synthesizes vit D naturally
Second method is by taking calcium supplements like calcium sandoz and consuming foods rich in calcium like milk and curds, cabbage, chicken, pulses like channa etc.
