Question: I recently had a blood test as a part of general health check up. Everything is normal except Vitamin D. Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy levels are observed at 5.88.Now, i am traveling to japan for client projects, Just wanted to check if there is any alarming issue for me.

The levels of Vit D is very less, I treat such cases in my practice with D vion tablet or sachets 60K IU , once a week for 4 weeks. You can start taking D vion.

Need not worry about your travelling, you can go ahead with it.
