Brief Answer:
Vitiligo patch. Treatment options

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
This white patch seems that of vitiligo. Underlying cause is possibly either autoimmune, toxic or oxidative destruction of melanocytes- the cells which give color to skin.
Topical treatment options comprise first line of treatment for a solitary vitiligo patch. I suggest you to use topical tacrolimus 0.1% ointment (tacroz forte ointment), twice daily during the day.
At night you may use a moderately potent topical steroid ointment e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% ointment (elocon ointment).

Regards
