Brief Answer:
Consult in emergency room and get her evaluated and investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello Bandarihunlang,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Head injury with danger features like vomiting, seizures, loss of consciousness, drowsiness, refusing feedings, crying should be evaluated for concussional injury.
It will be better to consult an emergency room doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. CT head may be required in this case if examination abnormal.
