Brief Answer:
Proper rehydration with ORS is essential.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I would have required to examine your child clinically but that is beyond the scope. Anyway, your child probably is suffering from an episode of viral gastritis and your doctor has done the right thing in presribing Lanzol 30. Ondem syrup or injection needs to be given as and when required. But the most important part of the treatment is to maintain hydration by replenishing for the salts and water lost. He needs to be given ORS (oral rehydration solution) to prevent dehydration from occurring. The adequacy of the hydration would reflect in the number of times urine is passed. If the urinary frequency is normal, you need not worry. You may give paracetamol for the headache.

Please be patient as the vomiting and headache may persist for a few days.

Regards
