Brief Answer:
plantar warts, electrocautery, salicylic & lactic acid combination lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and they look like plantar warts.
Plantar warts is a viral infection which has a tendency to spread.
It is a very common infection which can occur while walking bare footed, sharing shoes or socks with persons already infected and near swimming pool areas.
Ideally you should consult a dermatologist and get them removed by electrocautery.
It is a minor office procedure requiring 20-30 minutes.
Alternatively if you want to avoid surgery you can try using a lotion containing combination of salicylic acid and lactic acid on the warts twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Various brands containing this combination are available in the market like salex L lotion and duofilm lotion.
This should help in clearing of the infection.
