This image is suggestive of seborrheic keratosis. This is a benign lesion and does not constitute any risk of skin cancers in future. But for the fact that this is not esthetic to looks, there is no further worries. However, I will ask that you go ahead and ask your doctors to remove them using laser/freezing therapy etc as you don't seem to appreciate having them.
