I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be wart.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a lotion containing combination of lactic acid and salicylic acid on the affected areas twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
Alternatively you can consult a dermatologist and get them removed by electrocautery.
It is a minor office procedure which will take 20-30 minutes.

Apply the lotion twice daily for 3-4 weeks

Apply the combination - lactic acid and salicylic acid (like salex L lotion or duofilm lotion) twice daily on the affected areas. After few days of usage the skin over warts will become soft and then with a scrubber try to scrape off the dead skin.
Continue this for 3-4 weeks.
