Brief Answer:
Its due to nasal blockage

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Watering and sticky eyes are common symptoms associated with coughs and cold in early infancy. This happens due to poor flow of tears from eyes to nasopharynx due to nasal blockage. The condition needs no eye treatment.

I would recommend you to continue with T minic drops. Also, start Saline nasal drops such as nasoclear or otrivin along with nasal aspirators to unblock nose. Use sterile cotton dipped in distilled water to wipe sticky eyes. In case the eyes have purulent discharge, redness or puffiness, then start tobramycin eye drops twice daily.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
