Suggest Treatment For Watery Eyes

Question: I am noticing, over the past week of so, that one of my eyes has a watery view (from the inside). It's like things are moving around - distracting more than anything.

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be related to an infective process. The eye needs to be examined. Visual acuity and visual field should be tested. Antibacterial and steroid combination drops can be advised along with natural tears. The eyes need to be examined for presence of any nystagmus.
