Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I remember having replied to your previous query before. As previously mentioned if there is adequate weight and no distension of abdomen there is no cause for concern.
As the child is having rash, I would suggest you the following

1. Stool Examination: Kindly get stool examination for presence of reducing substance, microscopy and occult blood. It will rule out feed intolerance

2. Continue exclusive breast feeding

3. Ointment application for rash: Dr XXXXXXX Zinc Oxide paste (can be ordered online if not available in local pharmacy) or Himalaya diaper rash cream will be beneficial. After every bowel movement, clean the area with baby wipes, allow it to dry. Apply the paste thoroughly over the area which usually gets soaked with stools. Do it after every episode of passing stool.
Also occasionally keep the baby on absorbent mattress without diaper, as it will allow the drying of the area.

4. Probiotic: Probiotic like Flora-BC 2 ml twice a day will be very helpful

5. Defrothing agent: Colimex drops 1 ml twice a day for 2 days.It contains Simethicone which will prevent frothing.

Also do send clinical photograph of anal region and stools for further assessment of severity

Awaiting your response

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life

Take Care

Regards
Dr Deepak
