Brief Answer:
The change on BP values is because of adrenaline activities...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!
I read your query and understood your concern.

Your BP values throughout the day are normal between 92-103/64-72 mmHg. This change on BP values throughout the day is because of dependence of BP from sympathetic (adrenaline) activities.

You are saying that you feel weak and off balance, but these symptoms aren't related to your BP. My opinion is that they are more likely related to stress and anxiety.

If you were my patient I would recommend:
- Blood analysis
- BP monitoring
- avoid unnecessary stress
- increase recreational activities.

Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
Yes this readings are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back!

Yes this readings are normal. Normal BP is in the range 90-140/65-90 mmHg. The recommended BP values are to be less than 120/80 mmHg. This is why i think that your problems aren't related to BP but to anxiety.

Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
Answer to your queries.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Anxiety lower BP, because of hyperventilation which is very common in anxious people. This with cause decrease blood carbon dioxide. This will cause dilatation of blood vessels and BP lowering.

Hope you will find this information helpful.
