Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing

My mother was drinking earlier today, and starting puking and hyperventilating. She made it most of the way to her bedroom before she had to stop. She then got hot, and a minute later started freezing. She is freezing now with 2 blankets over her.. When she starts to slowly sleep she hardly breathes. She has hyperventilated before, before her lung collapsed. We, her 2 sons and boyfriend are telling her to let us help by going to the hospital. She is 44.
