Brief Answer:
Anaemia, hypoglycaemia, hypertension, hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
There are few possibilities, I'll mention them, that you can discuss With your local health care provider.
Anaemia ( hb estimation required)
Hypoglycaemia ( RBS, FBS and PPBS)
Hypertension ( get your blood pressure checked)
Hypothyroidism ( Your doctor may order a thyroid function test (FT3,FT4,TSH))
Other possibility include dehydration, muscle fatigue or electrolyte abnormalities. It is better to drink sufficient fluid and also see that your intake of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium ) is sufficient.
Hope this helps
If you have further queries, I'll be glad to address them
Take care
