Suggest Treatment For Weakness In Wrist

Need to exclude TIA
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of transient ischemic attacks- TIAs. This is a type of minor brain stroke, and is caused due to lack of blood supply to brain for a short while.
A neurological evaluation followed by MRI brain would be required to confirm the diagnosis.
Risk factors such as high BP, sugar and cholesterol should be screened for.
In the meanwhile, you can start aspirin tablets to prevent similar episodes from occurring in future.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Can be decided after investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
We need to investigate further in order to determine the cause and risk factor of possible TIA in your case. I agree aspirin is not safe in ITP, as it may lead to bleeding.
However, if the risk of stroke is high (after investigations), low dose aspirin or clopidogrel tablets may be used. As of now, please do not start any medication.
Best wishes,
