Brief Answer:
Check for hormones at Endocrinologist office

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have multiple and chronic issues and you were dealing with them for many years. As I understand even though you are taking extremely low calorie diet you are still gaining pounds.

Definitely there are certain other medical problems contributing to this weight. What are those medical problems? They can be associated with the current problems that you have or something different. They may be hormones that influence the gain in weight. They may put on excess muscle or bone or fat. We can do a biometric analysis and find which of them are increasing. On the basis of which the cause of increase in weight can be zeroed in. It is also better to compare the Basal metabolic rate.

A competent Endocrinologist is the one whom you have to consult at this time. A proper history and physical examination will reveal certain details regarding the reasons for gain in weight.
