Suggest Treatment For Weird Sensation On The Penile Shaft

Question: I have a small about 1 inch sensation on the left side of the shaft of my penis. it feels like a very small cord, like string and when erect it is more noticeable. feels like a vein when erect. it doesn't hurt and is barely noticeable when not erect. it comes and goes but has now been noticeable for about 3 weeks. i was wondering what it is. i masturbate about 2 times per day. I'm 51. is it lymph related or a vein? thank you.

The small cord like string on shaft of the penis seen on erection is a dilated tortuous Lateral Superficial Vein of Penis and it si sen in many individuals .

It is not going to harm you in any way nor going to affect your sexual potency or Erection and it does not need any active intervention .

Precise cause it not known However it is usually due to Varicosity of deep vein where it (Superficial Vein) drains blood .It can not be prevented .
