Suggest Treatment For Weird Sensations In The Left Breast
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Needs work up and management, supportive care mostly
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Normal blood pressure and heart rate with no lump rules out cardiac cause for this electrical sensation in left breast area. It could be a gastric discomfort that can cause radiation like this to the chest , arms or neck even. If you have any prior history of acid reflux or GERD it needs to be correlated. I would still advised an ekg of the heart to rule out any heart active issue though highly unlikely. At age of 67 neuropathies and sensory deficits are very common and nothing to worry about and can be due to many reasons. Costochondritis or any other muscle pain or pain from the ribs can give these sensations.
Nutshell, it needs complete clinical correlation to sort out other possible cause with meanwhile efforts to maintain good diet and lifestyle and wait and observe these feelings.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Thank you for getting back to me
Coffee and chocolate does that to gastric mucosa and discomfort is inevitable. With history of atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in past you will need keen observation and close follow ups along with thyroid hormones work up as these altogether can cause you cardiac problems. However this current left breast pain is likely a gastric discomfort with normal work up. Take some antacid and delay lying down after meals. Avoid triggers in diet like coffee, tea, alcohol, beverages, chocolates etc and see if it helps.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
