Hello XXXX,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
From the description it seems like you are having some viral infection over genitals but it could be some normal skin changes like Fordyce spots.
For better clarity, I advise you to post some clinical pictures on this page.
Once I review them I can guide you in better way.
Thanks

dear doctor pictures uploaded kindly view and do needfull sir.
Brief Answer:
Radiofrequency cautery treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed the pictures.
As i suspected these are mollusca contagiosa, viral infection caused by mollusca virus.
Its generally acquired through sexual intercourse.
Since its an sexually acquired infection its prudent that we get you checked for other STDS like syphilis and HIV and thus I recommend you tests like VDRL and HIV antibody test.
In my practise I prefer to treat such lesions aggressively with radiofrquency cautery to render them non-infectious at the earliest.
You can consult any dermatologist and get it treated in similar fashion.
Also I would advise to always indulge in safe sex and to take apt precautions.
Let me know if you need any further help from my side.
take care

Brief Answer:
Testing for HIV and VDRL is part of routine protocol.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Dont worry. Testing for HIV and VDRL is part of routine protocol. It doesnt mean you have these diseases.
My sincere advise would be that first you consult a dermatologist and get these mollusca treated because they are contagious and can spread from one place to another.
Safe sex means to avoid sexual intercourse with any unknown individuals (sex workers etc) and without any contraception like condom.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Take care
