Brief Answer:
Coated tongue, candidiasis, tongue brushing, antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the white coating over the tongue is concerned it can be because of the deposits over the tongue (coated tongue) or fungal infection (candidiasis). Nothing to be panic, you can maintain the oral hygiene by brushing. You can use topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole.
The mucous secretion can be because of any infection in the oral cavity, even gum infection can result in thick salivary secretion. So consult an oral physician and get it evaluated.
If possible please upload the images of the tongue, so that I can give you better diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
