Brief Answer:
It seems to be a treatable condition
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at your description such rashes can be caused by number of reasons like
Skin infection or acne
warts or viral infection
allergic rashes
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues and you aren't able to upload a photograph so it will not be feasible for me to pinpoint a diagnosis
In my opinion you should book an appointment with a dermatologist for physical check up and blood investigation like blood for hemoglobin,CBC and liver function test for confirmation of diagnosis
You need not to worry it seems to he treatable condition and you will be alright very soon
Hope this answers your question Please feel free to ask for more clarification
Best wishes
