Brief Answer:
Do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and the photographs. The most likely reason for such lesions can be pityriasis XXXXXXX or yeast infection. Do not worry. It can be easily treated by mild steroid or antifungal ointment application.
I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist for proper clinical examination and definitive diagnosis. Thereafter the treatment can be commenced as per the diagnosis. It will recover in a few days with proper management.
Hopefully it will be of help.
