Hi Doctor,

I have on hands and same kind of patches at foot but not so visible as hands. and growth is very minimal. No other place of body have such patches. but if i fell or if i got injured sometime it will retain as white patch. normal skin will not come.

At last i took pigmnto tablet and cream as medicine. i don't have any other record of any medicine.

I have not exposed to any chemicals.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
skin pigmentation disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply and all the details

Looking at your photograph and descriptions it seems to be skin pigmentation disorder like vitiligo or leucoderma or other autoimmune disease.

If I were your treating doctor I would have put you on the topical steroidal preparation for 3 to 6 months
In case if it doesn't improve than I would have advised you to consult a dermatologist for PUVA therapy and systemic steroids

Pigmento is a ayurvedic medicine about which I am not sure that, it will help you

Hope this answers your question please fee free to ask for follow up question if anything not clear.
Best wishes

Hello
Thanks for your reply
You can contact at YYYY@YYYY for details of a dermatologist in XXXXXXX

I would advise you to search for a dermatologist in your near vicinity I am sure He/she must be aware about PUVA therapy

In my opinion before starting therapy diagnosis has to be confirmed by physical examination.

Hope this answers your question
