i am suffering from white spots on my pennnis where glands are there
could you please suggest on this

Any test do I need to undergo please suggest like VDRL etc.
as you suggested I will update the pics soon

I had this past 10 years but early it was one or two now it spreaded few around.
so I think this is not much dangerous no pain no itching etc.. please suggest

If these spots are Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules then no test is required as they are physiological variants.
But if these are molluscum contagiosum or some sexually transmitted disease then you require to undergo certain tests.
Decision regarding tests can be made once the diagnosis of white spots is made.

Molluscum contagiosum, get them removed

Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like molluscum contagiosum infection.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by chemical cautery or electrocautery.
Creams might not be effective in removal of these spots.
For Regular cleaning of this area you can use any antibacterial soap like medsop soap or ducobact soap.
As far as tests are concerned you need to go for VDRL and HIV test as these are usually sexually transmitted.

This test is negative which is fine but it was done two and half years back.
I would recommend you to repeat the test as it is the protocol in case of sexually transmitted diseases.
