Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Penile Shaft
Question: Hi there Doctor, im a 23 year old. I have 2 white spots on my shaft & 4 little ones underneath. They look like bleach spots. What could they be?

okay i took three but on the third one there are four little ones. Theyre smooth, no dryness or roughness at all just looks bleached

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the white areas once daily at bedtime and topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas once daily in the morning.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
