Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Penile Shaft

Question: Hi there Doctor, im a 23 year old. I have 2 white spots on my shaft & 4 little ones underneath. They look like bleach spots. What could they be?

According to your complaints it could be vitiligo or post inflammatory depigmentation secondary to any injury, eczema or it can be lichen sclerosus.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

okay i took three but on the third one there are four little ones. Theyre smooth, no dryness or roughness at all just looks bleached

Looks like vitiligo

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like vitiligo.
It is an chronic autoimmune depigmenting disease.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the white areas once daily at bedtime and topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas once daily in the morning.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Clobetasol or betamethasone cream and pimecrolimus ointment

Detailed Answer:
You can apply other topical steroids like clobetasol propionate cream or betamethasone cream once daily and pimecrolimus ointment once daily
