There is no treatment for yawning while doing deep breathing. The body senses that you are cooling down and slows down the metabolism causing repeated yawns. During the course of time, with deep breathing exercises the yawning will become less in number but you cannot completely get rid of them.

This type of breathing and yawning happens mostly at night and keeps me from sleeping. Could it be related to a stress issue?

1. Lack of sleep
2. lack of oxygen
3. fall in blood pressure
4. fatigue
5. stroke
