I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Yellowish color of teeth is at times not due to acquiring stains externally but it is natural..
It happens when the top most layer of teeth that is Enamel is thin..
The inner layer of teeth that is dentin is yellowish in colour and when the top layer is thin the inner layer is reflected from Enamel because Enamel is transparent..
This is the reason that the teeth appear yellowish..
Although you brush regularly but yellowness will not go..

Nothing to worry about it as it is no pathological..
In case if you are worried about the appearance due to yellow teeth you can consult a Dentist and get evaluated..

Certain teeth whitening techniques like Bleaching of teeth can be done to whiten the teeth..
Other techniques like Veneers, laminates etc can also be done..

As per your query there is no serious side effects of Bleaching and the only thing is if not done properly or if good quality products are not used for bleaching then you might have sensitivity of teeth and even you might not get good results..

So my advice would be to consult an Aesthetic dentist or an Endodontist and get a proper examination and treatment done..
