Brief Answer:
Might be GERD, capsule omez 20 mg for 15 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone gone through your query.
I would like to know few more information like
Since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any history of injury or excessive stretching?
Do you have any acidity problem?

I think you might be having gastroesophageal reflux disease. That is responsible for your symptom.
I would suggest you to avoid spicy and oily food for at least 15 days. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat bland and high fibres diet.
I would suggest you to do regular exercise, eat small frequent meals rather than heavy meal. Walk for 10 to 15 min post meal. Do not lie down immediately after meal.

I would have prescribed you capsule omez ( omeprazole) 20 mg daily before breakfast, empty stomach for 15 days and then would have asked you to visit after 15 days for evaluation.
Hope this helps.
Take care
