Suggest Treatment Of Pain While Having Sex And Infertility
Question: I have been married for 11 years but fear intercourse as it pains alot. I have PCODs and have undergone 7 to 9 cycles of IUI and IVFs. Have been taking Glycomet 500mg for 8 years. the Gynaecs that i have consulted say that there is nothing wrong with me, all reprots have come normal...and yet the issue persists. what should i do, i use lubrication but does not help much, i don't naturally lubricate.

You have two issues- one is that yo feel pain while having sex, second is of infertility.
For pain, what I gather from your ac is that you have sex , there is penetration and discharge inside but it is very painful, you don't enjoy it
second issue is of infertility.
I can think a corelation in the two, if you have PCOD and endometriosis. The later can cause extreme pain and infertility. Have you been investigated by diagnostic laparoscopy? If you have Endometriosis, this can be diagnostic as well as therapeutic. Secondly, has the semen of your husband been checked?
Anyways, send the reports done for both of you. Then I shall suggest further course of action.
