Question: Hi i suffer from varicocoele for last 7 years. i am getting married in next 4-5 months. I got my medical tests done after suffering infection.reports attached
one doctor had recommended me Fertilovit M plus capsules 90 day course for varicocoele howver i could not find them locally in Mumbai.
my questions-
1) what are the alternatives to this medicine to improve sperm health and production
2) ever since i got the above mentioned infection i am getting proper erection but the orgasm is not as intense. i mean the pleasure is less on ejaculating . also i feel i am not lasting as long as i use to earlier. could it be becuase of infection. the reports are enclosed.

pls answer both the questions. thanksi read the pleasure is function of testosterone. How can this testosterone level be increased?

I do not think that there are alternatives of this medicine. But, if your doctor thinks that varicocele is causing infertility problem, surgical treatment can also be considered.

Answer: No, it cannot be due to infection. There are many other things that needs to be considered which cause this. A careful physical examination is necessary to find out the actual cause of it.

thanks 1)can you pls advise on course of treatment if any for infection basis the reports and urine culture report attached with the question. or no futher action is required.
2) is fertilovit available in india I think it is importted medicine and also quite expensive. which multivitamin s and medicine would u recommend for genral health and upkeep of sperms.

Hi,

I am sorry but we cannot prescribe medicines online without doing a physical examination. It would be unethical and inappropriate to prescribe you scheduled drugs without doing a proper examination.

Today’s research indicates that a move toward individualizing the dosing of prescription agents is warranted and it can happen only after physical consultation.

I dont think that fertilovit is available in India. But, you need to check with pharmacy as well.

Thanks for your reply on fertilovit.
However doctor after physical examination and check up my doctor had given me medicine for bacterial infection( antibodies)and though the cough and high fever was treated completely he had also asked me to get the attached tests like blood and urine and urine culture done.
I am in different city so unable to show the reports to him.
I understand that you cannot prescribe medicines in every case but what is the purpose of magic health care if i cant even get an answer after attaching detailed medical reports. pardon me but what physical examination is required for checking for urine track infection or for interpreting the urine culture report!!!
hope you would understand my question and advise me on following-
1) are all test reports normal? 2) can you pls interpret the urine culture report for me and lastly 3) if there is UTI what medicine would you suggest basis the attached report or is physical examination of penis/urine required for UTI treatment.

Yes there is infection but very minor. So, in order to asses whether you require antibiotics to be used or not, a physical exam is mandatory.

I am sorry that I am bound not to prescribe medicines online. It is unethical to do so.

I cannot prescribe treatment but just give guidance as to whether the medicine can be controlled, dose increased / reduced or a different treatment should be applied.
