Suggest Treatment To Remove Hard Skin From Knuckles

Question: How can i remove hard skin from knuckles
Hi Sir,
I understand your concern.
Dead hard skin can be removed by microdermabration.
I generally treat my patients with salicylic acid and kojic acid. I suggest you to please see a doctor if his views are same and if can prescribe these drugs for you.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
oral prophylaxis , consult orthodontist, lingual braces.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Welcome again .
I have read your query and gone through the image you have attached . As far as I have observed you have gingivitis (inflamation of gums ) due to deposition of calculus . For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for oral prophylaxis . Inmeantime do warm saline rinses and use mouthwash like chlorhexidine regularly . As far as spacing in between teeth is concerned you can consult orthodontist for clinical examination and treatment plan . You can go for orthodontic appliance like lingual braces inspite of going for bridge or implant to reduce spacing.
You can discuss with your orthodontist or oral surgeon and revert me back for treatment plan .
Hope I have answered your query .
