Brief Answer:
Surgical removal of mole best.Retin-A can be tried
Detailed Answer:
Hi there XXXXXXX
I take it you have a solitary mole on one cheek.
There is no photograph attached. Is it raised & like a lump & dark black in colour?
Is so, it is of dermal origins or in simple words a deep one & no cream will help. It will have to be surgically excised & removed. Alternatively depending on the availability of an appropriate laser with a dermatologist near you, it can be removed this way but may cost you more depending on the laser & the doctor's charge. The capital will be a touch more expensive.
As for the cream, it will work only if the mole is tiny & superficial & for this too, the chances are slim. Please use a topical Retin-A cream 0.05% applied on the spot in the evenings 2-3 hrs before bed-time & this may be continued for 2-3 weeks. If it does not help, please visit the dermatologist nearest you after 2 weeks. By this time, if the cream does not work, at least the skin will be 'primed' for a dermatosurgery or laser surgery.
This cream is not expensive & tried & tested as per your specific request.
Do help this information helps you chose the right option & wish you a clear complexion & good health always.
Best Regards.
