I think you didn't receive my first question.
I have a few subcintemeter of Bilateral Axillary Lymph Nodes. Is it a serious medical condition ?
I also have large of fibrous dysplasia expansile partially calcified lytic rib lesion along axis of right 7th rib
I was diagnosed with fibrous dysplasia at Mayo clinic on XXXXXXX
The Doctor recommends me to followup CT scan every 6 to 12 month to observe it. And i just got my report of the CT scan and they noted that I have a few subcentimeter of bilateral axillary lymph nodes.

Brief Answer:
Please attach your reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the info.
Fibrous dysplasia in ribs is not serious but yes, it has to be under observation not to miss any changes. It would be dangerous if it occurs in weight bearing bones.
Lymph node swelling in axilla indicates infection, inflammation or malignancy in the vicinity specially in the breast tissue. Here, this must be considered as priority. Get a Mammography and investigations to rule out any infection or malignancy in the breast.
I would recommend a visit to a Oncologist at the earliest.
Please attach the CT report, I shall be more specific in my opinion.
