Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your lymphocytes count is slightly high. If you don't have any symptoms then no need to worry. It can be due to sub clinical viral infection or may be due to normal variation.

No need to worry. Just be relaxed. No any further investigation or treatment is required.

Just repeat your complete blood count after1 month.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
