Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Its not a straight forward answer and would require multiple areas to be addressed
Does your wife suffer from any physical illness ?
What medications is she currently using ?
Does she have regular menstrual cycles and does she experience pain during intercourse ?
Since when has this problem been around ?

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

thanks

Brief Answer:
No, cholesterol meds aren't the cause

Detailed Answer:
hi,

Many women have never had an orgasm, either with a partner or during masturbation. And many have ended up into therapy practices.

No, cholesterol medication is not the cause, she should continue it.

A psychiatric or Psychosexual clinic appointment would be required, you would need a referral from your G.P, in order to look for sexual ignorance, Performance anxiety or any other issue that is bothering your wife.

I would also suggest that a XXXXXXX mental state exam is performed to ascertain depression and or anxiety.
Meds can be adjusted afterwards in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy. Yoga and meditation ,
too have proven benefit in addition to relaxing exercise.

In the meanwhile , you may have a compassionate discussion with your wife and try to experiment with techniques you haven't done so far keeping her in mind.

There are loads of resources that can tell you how to make such an appeal to your spouse in a suggestive manner. FDA-approved device called Eros helps increase blood flow to the genitals, you may discuss this option with your doctor, too.

Thanks
