Question: Hi doctor, how can I detox my body and BOOST my immune system fast? What vitamins and minerals should I take daily ?

Eat healthy food and high protein diet.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Following things you should do to boost your immune system and it will also detoxify your body.
1. Avoid junk food. Eat only healthy, freshly prepared food. Start high protein diet.
2. Drink milk twice a day.
3. Start multivitamin containing pyridoxine (vitamin b6), folic acid, vitamin b12, niacin, riboflavin etc. These are b complex group of vitamins.
4. Other than B complex group , start vitamin A and vitamin E capsules. Both are antioxidants and fight against infection and improves immune system.
5. Eat citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, strawberries etc as they are having high quantity of antioxidants like vitamin C and E.
6. Early morning sun exposure can build up vitamin D3 in the body. And it is very good for immunity and growth.
7. In minerals, calcium, zinc etc are important. So start tablets containing these minerals.
