Okay, couples trying to conceive might take a few months to get a successful pregnancy outcome, it is not necessary that you might conceive the first month itself.
Count the first day of her periods as day 1.
Then ovulation ( release of the egg occurs on day 14 ).
You should definitely remain sexually active from day 10 of the cycle onwards for the next 10 days.
She should take prenatal vitamins regularly.
