Need to control sugar levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your reports.
Your blood sugar levels are out of control, mostly HbA1c (8.2) is elevated which indicates maintaining of your sugar levels in you body in past three months. I suggest you visit your doctor or a Diabetologist. Doctor may change your medication or increase dosage or frequency of medication.
Now come to cholesterol levels and liver enzymes: triglycerides and bad cholesterol (LDL and Vldl) are increased and good cholesterol (HDL) is decreased. You need increase good cholesterol by diet and physical exercise.
You have to maintain your diet and You have to do Brisk walk for 30 minutes daily which is utmost important to you. Along with diet physical exercise is important.
Elevated liver enzymes mostly due to altered lipid profile which can cause fatty liver which is reversible.
Your calcium levels is lower side, I suggest you eat calcium rich food and supplements.
I also find abnormal values of thyroid profile. Do you have history of hypothyroidism?
First you need control your sugar levels hence I strongly suggest you visit a diabetologist to change medications and get diet chart. Once your sugar levels come under control and maintain normal levels then all measurements will be normal soon.
Eat nuts, protein diet, and fiber diet like oats.
