Question : How to control hair fall ? I am continuously loosing my hairs. I am doing shampoo (Sunsilk) every 3 days. Using Cantherdine oil after taking bath alternative day.

How long since you noticed hair fall?
Do you notice it throughout the scalp Or is it mainly from the top of scalp i.e front, mid and vertex?
Do you also notice that your anterior hair line has receded and it has resulted in a broad forehead?
Do you have a family history of early hair loss in family e.g father, brother?
Do you also have dandruff?how severe?
Is there a history of a medical illness like high fever lasting days or any other mediak illness like jaundice, malaria, dengue etc preceding hair fall?

You seem to have androgenetic alopecia which is characterised by hair loss and thinning, mainly from the top of scalp i.e front, mid and vertex of scalp. There is also accompanying recession of anterior hair line in males along with widening and broadening of angles of anterior hair line.
This is is the most common type of hair fall in males and with positive family history.
I suggest you to use Minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop forte), 1ml, twice daily at scalp skin with the help of a dropper.
I also suggest you to take a tablet of finasteride 1mg (Finax) once daily.
Treatment is long term and goal of treatment is to arrest further progression and reverse early hair loss.
