Suggest Ways To Control Sexual Urges

Question: I am away from my wife since six months. I do not want to do sex with anyone else.
I may have to wait for the wife for next six months. Do not want masturbation
How can I control my sexual lust during this time?

To be honest I find it difficult to answer your question and control of sexual urges in individual thing rather than a medical thing.

I think best to control sexual urges to refrain away from all kind of sexual stimulation. Most of the people who abstain from sexual activity do it by self control rather than anything else. A significant others involve themselves in spiritual healing and focus their concentration on god rather than sex. Few others make themselves so busy while leaving no time for sexual activity including masturbation.

In other words engaging yourself in contructive activities and distracting yourself from all kind of sexual urges is possible strategy to control sexual urge.
