Suggest Ways To Deal With Memory Issues
Certain medications would help him.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your father's medical details and also seen his CT scan of brain.
CT scan shows mild shrinkage of brain (atrophy), which is normal for his age.
In addition, CT scan also shows reduced blood supply to the brai.
He would need medications such as aspirin to treat the reduced blood supply. This would prevent any further reduction of blood flow to the brain.
In addition, his blood sugars should be controlled.
Vitamin B12 tablets would help in improving memory.
Please also keep his BP and cholesterol within normal limits.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Aspirin and methycobal tablets can be used.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
For reduced blood flow to brain, I usually advise ECOSPRIN (aspirin) tablets at a dose of 150 mg once daily after lunch to my patients.
For low vitamin B12, I advise METHYCOBAL tablets at a dose of 500 mcg once daily after breakfast.
Sugar medicines can be continued as at present, as per the advice of his local doctor.
Best wishes,
