Question: i am going through an extreme phase of anger and diappointment after a break up ..it is still one month but still i feel difficulty in concentrating on my work and have sleepless nights frequently .Requesting your help

1. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
2. Listen to music, go for movies and watch television.
3. Go for a walk leisurely.
4. Spend time with friends and family.
5. Work on puzzles, play games, read books.
6. Engage in your hobbies.

DONTs:
1. Act violently.
2. Turn to alcohol or smoking or any kind of addiction.
3. Become a workaholic.
4. stay alone.
5. starve yourself or overeat.
6. become stubborn, show tantrums and procrastinate.
